Lovely clean and sharp restaurant/coffee shop in the heart of Pisa. Food is petite and beautiful. Cakes and Cappuccino delicious. Pleasant service with smile. :)
Only thing that needs attention is the toilet. -

I always like to start reviews by saying something positive about the place, this one is going to be very hard.
Ok, I will assume the ice cream on this business is good due to the selection that they have.
Service : bad! The waitress didn't pick up the dirty plates even though we had finished the meal. Then, when I went to the washroom I noticed there was no bathroom tissue so I called her, she mentioned the paper was on the floor. I asked her if she could place it I the container and she gave me attitude.
Food: I ordered ravioli and the pasta was overcooked ( in Italy getting pasta overcooked is a sin), apart it was tasteless and the cost was not even the average price that you generally pay for pasta. My poor husband had the shortest end of thestick as he ordered pizza, let me tell you McCain frozen pizza tastes 100% better, it was discusting. From the 4 months that we've been in Italy this is the WORST of the WORST.
